The Equinox series glass mosaic tile can be used for pools, spas, water features or interior surfaces. This glass mosaic tile has the same qualities as our porcelain tiles.
Packaging Information – Case quantity for this tile is 15 Sq Ft per Case. Each case contains 15 sheets of tile.
This item is sold by the square foot only. Case quantity is only listed as a reference.
Not all glass tile is suitable for pool applications.

Glass tile installed in pools should be:
- Impervious – < .5 % water absorption
- Freeze thaw resistant
- Chemically resistant
- High breaking strength -> 350 lbf
- Annealed
- Face mounted
- Mesh mounted
- Film Face mounted
Recommended by glass tile manufacturer and material manufacturer for use in submerged applications.
- Cementitious Waterproofing – tank waterproofing
- Mortar Bed 4:1 Sand to Cement – no lime (bag mix ok if proper ratio)
- Elastomeric Membrane – optional mortar bed waterproofing
- Modified Thin-set or Epoxy Setting Material
- Cementitious or Epoxy Grout
- Flexible Sealant
- Tile sold by the square foot only.
1 sheet = 1.0 Sq Ft - This is a Mesh mounted glass mosaic tile.
- This is an iridescent tile and the color will change in the sunlight and pool environment. Harsh chemicals with acid will damage the iridescent finish on the tile.
- Impervious – <.5 % water absorption. Frost Proof and Chemical Resistance.
- Please check tile before installation. Use constitutes acceptance.
